Drawing on energy healing, somatic techniques, and neuroscience-based practices, Lesley provides a tailored approach that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit.
With over 20 years of experience in the field of addiction and recovery, Lesley Thomas brings extensive expertise and a compassionate approach to her private practice. Having worked as an Alcohol and Drug Counsellor at Australia’s leading Addiction Treatment Hospital and Residential Rehabilitation Program, Lesley understands the complexities of addiction and the importance of addressing its root causes.

Keith Hulstaert
Keith Hulstaert is registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and is a Qualified Supervisor under their code of ethics. He has a strong interest in Energy Psychology techniques such as FasterEFT and EFT, Hypnosis (including The Richards Trauma Process), and Meditation.
Integrative Approach
Keith has developed and tutored a meditation teacher training program and enjoys providing courses for professionals, students in Transpersonal and Holistic Counselling, and the wider public. Keith’s integrative approach complements our mission to provide a well-rounded, transformative recovery experience.
